FEEDBACK TOOLS: How do others perceive you?
Feedback is a vital component to building effective relationships. Feedback that encourages cooperative participation has the power to open the doors of understanding. Our feedback tools build a commitment to seeking and receiving feedback as a positive means to enhance relationships. These materials offer a very different approach by focusing on perceptions of behaviour rather than skills or competencies. As we gain awareness of how strengths are perceived by others, misperceptions and misunderstandings can be replaced by a more informed view.

EXPECTATIONS TOOLS: What is expected of you?
One important and often overlooked part of measuring and managing satisfaction with any role, job, position, or relationship, is understanding what expectations that all of the stakeholders bring to the situation.

The SDI Expectations Edition (originally Job Interactions Inventory) provides an objective forum to get everyone's expectations into the open and on paper so that they can be compared and discussed in a non-threatening and non-judgmental way. Comparing the results from the Expectations Edition with results from the Strength Deployment Inventory can reveal how you might borrow strengths or change expectations to be more effective and have a higher level of satisfaction in a situation or relationship.
